What is Role & User

 Overview

  • to enable User Log (Name or PIN), go to Function Control on Back Office
     (for details, go to What is Function Control)
  • how to add new Users in Back Office
  • assign Roles to Users, enable PIN access
  • do not forget to update Tablet once User is added

Adding Roles

How to add Roles in Back Office

  1. click Settings on left (or more icon more_icon__BO_.png), then click Role
  2. click Add Role or Role field to enter name (up to 49characters)
  3. click SAVE to save changes

Grant access

How to grant access to Role

  1. click Select Function on right of each Role

  2. switch each function ON, or use Apply to all functions accordingly
  3. click SAVE to save changes

Adding Users

How to add Users in Back Office

  1. click Settings on left (or more icon more_icon__BO_.png), then click User
  2. click Add Users or Name field to enter User name (up to 49characters)
  3. enter 4~6 digit number for PIN
  4. select Role from dropdown list (default: Staff)
  5. click SAVE to save changes
